Thank you for choosing one of the most exciting brands on the market. Your new Mertz product(s) should give you many years of maintenance free pleasure. This is why we are confident enough to offer you an additional 2 years FREE warranty in addition to the standard 1 year that comes with your purchase (“Additional Warranty”). To claim the Additional Warranty free of charge, you must register here online. Once you have registered your appliance, a certificate will be sent confirming the terms and conditions of your warranty.

If you do not receive this document within 4 weeks of registering, please notify us.

Extend your Mertz Warranty
We would like to offer you the chance to extend your Mertz Additional Warranty for up to 5 years at a discounted price. Extra cover must be taken out no later than 30 days following the first anniversary of the date you purchased your Mertz appliance.

Diamond Cover
This enables anyone purchasing 3 or more Mertz warranties for their appliances at the same time to benefit from a full 5 year warranty at a discounted price. See table below for the Extended Warranty charges applicable to each appliance. Diamond cover must be taken out at the time of registration of the free 2 year warranty (no later than 30 days after the original purchase date).
